We ask for 1-3 business days to fulfill all orders. Typically, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us [email protected].

Standard shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on your location.


How fast is express shipping if I am located in Australia?

All express orders can take 1-3 business days. DHL is typically overnight.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Cali Rae is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:


  • Proof of purchase provided
  • Tags attached
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed


(We do NOT accept refunds on sale or promo code items, but we will happily exchange if you’re after a different size, cut or colour)


How do I create a return request?

Do you provide return labels?

Unfortunately due to free postage on domestic orders, we cannot offer free returns. The cost will need to be covered by you.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned package, please allow 14 business days to process your refund. We always recommend checking your return tracking number if you are wanting an update on the arrival of your returned package. If you wish to receive any updates on the refund status, please contact [email protected].


What if my return is late?

All return requests need to be made within 30 days from date of delivery and failure to do so will result in your item(s) being denied.


How do I return an item purchased using Afterpay and how is the refund process?

All orders placed with Afterpay follow our standard return process. The refund will be refunded back to Afterpay canceling any remaining payments, if the refund amount is greater than your Afterpay balance the refund is processed back to your credit card via Afterpay. Are sale items returnable?

How do I care for my suit?

We have chosen our fabric for it’s perfect combination of softness and resiliency (not to mention recycled). To keep your suit in pristine condition, please follow our care instructions listed below.


Wash your suit in fresh cold water as soon as possible after wearing it. Lay your suit flat to dry in the shade on a towel and use caution to never ring out the fabric or hang it, which could cause stretching and wear to the fabric. Make sure your suit is completely dry before putting away.

Never, ever wash your suit in the washing machine, even on the delicate/hand-wash cycle. Water temperatures in washing machines are incredibly hard to regulate and the detergents made for machines are far too strong for swimwear fabric.

Sun cream, tanning cream, or chlorine can damage and discolor suits, so use caution to limit exposure of these products to your suit. Be cautious as rough surfaces as this can cause pulling and snagging of the delicate fabric.

Caring for your suit in the appropriate manner is the best way possible to ensure that it will not deteriorate in an untimely manner.

We are unable to assume responsibility for any damages the suit may incur if cared for otherwise.


I received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?

Oh no! We’re so sorry that you received a faulty/incorrect item. Please email [email protected] and provide your order number and photo of the faulty/incorrect item, so we can better determine the next steps.


Do you offer price adjustments?

We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed.


Can I change/edit my order?

We process your order as soon as it’s placed! But please do email us & we will see what we can do.


My package says “delivered” but I haven’t received it, can you assist?

Oh no! Since the package was indicated that it was delivered, there are a few steps we suggest taking. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery.

Contact your local post carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages.

Make sure your mail area is secure, and leave a note to request that packages not be left unattended.

Is there a chance one of your neighbours mistakenly collected your package?

Will I have to pay taxes/duties in my home country?

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is not calculated into the total price at checkout. The customer’s country’s local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one’s local government.


We are legally required to claim the true price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates.


Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price.We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.

Cali Rae is proudly designed right here in Melbourne, Australia. All designs begin as an original sketch, which is then created into a unique piece. Our styles have been hand-crafted, trialled and thoroughly tested to best fit our customers with quality & comfort as the key focus.


What makes Cali Rae Sustainable?

Our swimwear is made up of 84% recycled polyester and 16% spandex which is made from recycled plastic water bottles. The recycled polyester we use is from REPREVE. REPREVE recycle plastic bottles into an amazing fiber. Their process embeds properties like wicking, adaptive warming and cooling, water repellency, and makes for a more reliable, durable quality.
